Celebrate!

Life goes by so fast - take time to celebrate those God has blessed you with. Whether it is a birthday (a milestone birthday for sure), an anniversary, a career accomplishment, a graduation, an engagement, a wedding, a new path - take time to CELEBRATE!

God only gives us a certain number of days on this earth. Only He knows when the dash will be completed for each one of us.

Job 14:5

A person’s days are determined;

you have decreed the number of his months

and have set limits he cannot exceed.

Whatever the situation, whatever the case - make time to celebrate people in your life. We have been more than blessed as a family to celebrate moments - to celebrate each other - to celebrate milestones. I see it as a gift to be able to celebrate someone that has been strategically placed by the hand of God in my space as I am here.

Maybe you have an unresolved issue with a sibling, maybe you live far from your parents, maybe you don't know how to celebrate a life in your world. I get it - so does the Lord. If we have those obstacles, we can bring them to Jesus in prayer. He will lead us by the power of the Holy Spirit to know what steps to take ...He will provide courage to reach out to the sibling, He will give opportunity to visit parents far from you, He will even show you how to celebrate that life in your world ...and He just might celebrate WITH you!

Most of all - Celebrate the Lord! Praise and worship are forms of celebrating Him. Our God is worthy of it all! He deserves the glory - for WHO He is to us, as well as, what He does in each of our lives. Let's celebrate Jesus, today.

Go ahead, CELEBRATE! There is always a reason to do so ...you will be so glad you did. I'll be celebrating, too.
