God's Promise Fulfilled!

If you have been following my Encouraging Posts, you know my Encouraging Post this past April was about the loss of our first baby. In this loss, we knew THE PROMISE of God. During my recovery time after the miscarriage, I sought the Lord.  I heard Him tell me that if I wouldn’t be sad or depressed and if I would trust Him – we would know by July that we were expecting a baby. 

Thirty-three years ago on June 29th, 1993, God fulfilled that promise. That is the day my wonderful husband and I learned we were expecting a baby – again – just as God promised! 

June 29th …BY JULY …God’s timing is perfect.  He is never early, and He is never late …He is right on His time!  

I am here to share our testimony.  In our loss, God gave a promise.  He fulfilled that promise …just as He said He would.  Today our son is 32 years old. He loves the Lord and walks and talks with Him daily.  He is married to his beautiful wife and has a successful career. 

The Lord gave us a double portion when He blessed us again nearly three years later with another little man. He is now 29 years old and loves the Lord – daily walking and talking with Him, also enjoying a successful career.

God graced my life with these amazing answers to prayer.  I have had the time of my life with my precious boys, and I continue to do so!  We are still enjoying our incredible journey together. Our road has not been perfect, yet …I could not ask for more.  I praise God every day for the beautiful blessings He has bestowed on my family and me.  I take nothing for granted.

Loss is devastating, and at times, irreplaceable.  BUT GOD …He will come alongside us.  As we welcome Him – He will promise provision, healing, comfort, and love.  We need only reach out and humbly seek Him.  You can be assured, dear Reader, He will fulfill the promise He gives to you.  It will be in His perfect time, but He will do what He said. 

My family and I are here to testify of God’s goodness.  We can declare God is with you in the loss, the promise, and the fulfillment of His promise.  My family and I often confirm to one another, “God’s got us.”  Know that He also has you. 

I encourage you this day – no matter your circumstances, don’t be sad, don’t be depressed, just trust Him and see who God will be in your life. Let us continue to testify of His promise fulfilled and give Him all the glory, honor, and praise.
